  3. Mepilex Up è una nuova e innovativa medicazione in schiuma progettata per ridurre al minimo il rischio di perdite e migliorare gli esiti clinici. L'innovativa schiuma alveolata della medicazione migliora l'azione capillare consentendo ai fluidi di diffondersi in tutte le direzioni, anche contro la gravità. Queste proprietà esclusive di diffusione consentono una gestione superiore dell'essudato e riducono al minimo il rischio di macerazione, oltre a contribuire a un lungo tempo di applicazione e a un minor numero di cambi di medicazione. Mepilex Up ha un profilo sottile e basso che rende la medicazione altamente conformabile e facile da usare. Nonostante la sua sottigliezza, è in grado di gestire volumi elevati di fluidi e di gestire essudati sia a bassa che ad alta viscosità.
